Executive Team

  • Cristina Pardo | President

    Cristina Pardo is President of Lennar Title. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Lennar Financial Services, LLC, parent of Lennar Title. Cristina started her career as a CPA in Florida working for Deloitte and after 5 years left to work for one of her clients. In 2003, Cristina started with Lennar Financial Services as Controller. Cristina earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University, with a major in accounting.

  • Chad Barth | Western Region President

    Chad Barth manages the Western Region growth for Lennar Title. His primary focus is on supporting Lennar in California and gaining efficiencies in the builder segment. In addition, he works closely with the California retail operations to create effective growth strategies. Chad has more than 20 years of experience in escrow and title insurance. He loves every aspect of the title business, especially the competitive nature of the industry, and focuses on recruiting and building great teams that enjoy working together in a cohesive, collaborative environment.

  • Mary Orme | Southeast Region President

    Mary Ruffolo Orme serves as Regional President for Lennar Title’s Southeastern region, which includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. She has spent more than two decades as an Associate with the Lennar Family of Companies. For many years, she managed the Southwest Division for North American Title Company. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.

  • Dawn Schweter | Texas Region President

    Dawn Schweter is President of Lennar Title’s Texas Region. She has worked in the title and real estate industry since 1985 and has been a Managing Escrow Officer with the Lennar Family of Companies for over 20 years. Dawn received her Certified Escrow Settlement Professional certification from the Texas Land Title Association in 2011. She loves sharing her knowledge of the title industry and helping associates achieve their goals.

  • Mark Leszczynski | Northern Region President

    Mark Leszczynski is President of the Northern Region for Lennar Title. He brings over 15 years of industry knowledge from the financial and operational perspective to this position. Before joining Lennar Title, Mark served as state manager for Fidelity National Title, where he handled the direct operations in Indiana and northern Ohio. Before that, he served as the controller and treasurer for a large title insurance agency that was ultimately acquired by Fidelity in 2008. Receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, Mark was simultaneously commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School. Mark is a CPA and worked for Deloitte in Warsaw, Poland, and Tampa, Florida, before entering the title insurance industry.

  • Tiffany Bertling | Director of National Centralized Services

    Tiffany Bertling is Director of National Centralized Services for Lennar Title. She brings more than 25 years of title industry experience to this position, including 14 years in audit, operations and quality assurance. Tiffany spent 20 years with a Dallas-based national title operation where she led the coordination and consolidation of multiple title operations into a single consistent business model and common escrow operating system. Holding the position of Senior Vice President Business Systems and Processes, Tiffany also managed multiple support departments before and after a merger, integrating affiliated title agency, underwriter, homebuilder and mortgage companies. Beginning her career with the company as an escrow officer, Tiffany moved to a branch manager position before later taking on corporate responsibilities for training and quality assurance. She has affiliations with the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), in addition to the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association.

  • Suzette Torres | Corporate Counsel

    Suzette Torres serves as General Counsel, SVP, and Corporate Secretary for Lennar Title and is a trusted, legal advisor to Lennar Title's President and key executives. She oversees corporate governance, compliance & licensing, business & regulatory matters, litigation, and general contract management. Previously, she served as Associate General Counsel of Opendoor Labs Inc, and as Interim Head of Legal (via secondment) for Opendoor's captive settlement company, OS National LLC. Suzette has deep experience in underwriting, litigation, and other title/escrow matters as she worked in house for several national title companies such as North American Title Company (Regional Counsel), Chicago Title Company (VP/Underwriting Counsel), and Fidelity (VP/Trial Counsel). When she was in private practice, she rose up to partnership at her firm (formerly known as Bardellini, Straw, Cavin & Bupp LLP) and became the only minority, female, equity partner.

  • Sandra Austin | ControlLer

    Sandra Austin is Controller for Lennar Title. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Cine Latino, Inc. Prior to that, Sandra was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for MGM Networks Latin America. A graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Sandra began her career with the national accounting firm, Deloitte.

  • W. Alex Kidd | Vice President, Quality Assurance and Compliance

    Alex Kidd is Vice President and Director of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Department for Lennar Title. He has been in the real estate services industry for over two decades. His responsibilities include performing and supervising financial and operational reviews; developing compliance programs and examinations procedures; and monitoring for compliance with regulatory requirements. Alex began his career in 1985 as a Property Control Officer for the Department of Defense, while serving in the U.S. Army Reserve. In 1988, he accepted a position with Washington Mutual (formerly Great Western Financial Corp.) as Senior Operational Analyst and was responsible for the performance of operational and financial audits in the areas of retail banking, consumer lending, mortgage lending and major loans. Later, he served as Senior Analyst for Sunbeam. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Enrolled Agent (IRS) professional designations.
